Thankyou Norma for turning images round quickly for this Blog.
Norma setting up.
Derek Rock Hopping.
Sea was very flat.
It turned out to be a very hot day however the island was busy but not crammed in fact well worth the trip.
As you can see the cloud formation (remember what they are) gave a dramatic feeling.
View from the refurbished view point the ex coastguard tower.
Norma reflecting on the Priory.
All in all apart from perhaps a little heat exhaustion it was great trip.
Hope to see more folk when weather permitting we would like to revisit the
"Tanfield Railway" The Worlds Oldest Railway.
A suggested date would be Sunday 23rd September 2018 to be confirmed.
